Returning Cylinders

It is illegal to ship these cylinders if they have CO2 in them.  If you get caught doing so it is a $5,000 federal fine.

To find out if a cylinder is empty or not; at the top of the cylinder is a brass valve, at the top (not the side) of that brass valve is a little pin.  Get something that you can push that pin down with.  Push it down hard.  If the cylinder is empty nothing will come out.  If the cylinder is not empty CO2 will come out.

If your cylinder is empty:
You can send it to us.

Or call us and you can arrange to have us pick it up if you are in our delivery area.  There is a charge for picking it up.

When sending a cylinder to us we recommend you include your name, phone number, and address to make sure we credit you as having returned it.  We also recommend that you call one week after you send the cylinder to make sure we received it.  Just because you sent a cylinder to us does not always mean we get it.  It is your responsibility to make sure we get it.

If your cylinder is not empty:
Call us and you can arrange to have us pick it up if you are in our delivery area.  There is a charge for picking it up.
Or, empty the cylinder so you can ship it to us.  To empty the cylinder you can use it in making drinks or you can remove the cylinder from the machine and at the top of the cylinder is a brass valve, at the top of the brass valve is a small pin.  Push the pin down firmly with something like a screw driver.  Wear gloves as the cylinder will get extremely cold and the CO2 coming out is very cold.  It is also suggested that you do this outdoors and that you not breath the CO2.  This can take a long time and be a difficult process.
Or, to bring it to us in person click on contact us and you can check our hours and get directions to our location.

If you are returning a cylinder to cancel a rental agreement be sure you:
Return all cylinders covered by the rental agreement.
Pay any balance due on your account
If either of the 2 items are not done the rental agreement can not be cancelled and if there is money owing on your account failure to pay will cause the agreement to go into default where in it ends up being very expensive for you so please make sure any balance due on your account is paid in full.
