Maintenance of your Machine

To maintain the maximum level of carbonation with your machine, your machine will need to be back flushed at least two times a year.  You can back flush your machine as a routine and regularly scheduled maintenance item or you can wait and do it when it becomes obvious by the fact that your machine is no longer carbonating as well as it once did.  When your machine is in need of back flushing or when you decide to first do it there are instructions on our website or you can call customer service when you have the machine in your hands and they will walk you through back flushing your machine step by step over the phone.  We also suggest you sign up for our free newsletter.  Every 6 months we send out a back flush reminder to subscribers.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Right Choice Refreshments warrants any and all machines sold by Right Choice Refreshments for the purpose of carbonating water to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal conditions for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.  If the machine is in need of back flushing the customer is expected to perform this task and if we are asked to perform it, the customer will be charged a service charge to do so.

Right Choice Refreshments agrees, at our option, during the warranty period, to repair any defects in material or workmanship or to furnish a replacement in exchange at no charge, subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of date of original purchase.

For service, call us with the machine in your hand and tell us about the problem.  We will take some time with you to troubleshoot the problem.  If we cannot fix the problem at that time you will be instructed on what to do to get your machine repaired.  While repair costs are covered under the terms of the warranty, any delivery or shipping and handling costs are not and the customer will incur charges for such expenses.

• When sending a machine to us for repair or leaving a machine for repair you must get a return authorization number.  Without this number we will not assure the repair or return of your machine.  If mailing or shipping the appliance to us for repair service please:
• Do not return anything without a return authorization number given to you over the phone.
• Do not return the complete appliance; be sure to get instructions as to which component to return.
• Do not ship a CO2 cylinder to us that has CO2 in it, as it is illegal to ship CO2 cylinders with CO2 in them.
• Be sure to include your name, phone number, and repair authorization number.
• To cover the return shipping costs include a check for the amount instructed over the phone.

Important:

Any unauthorized alterations or modifications of the appliance will void the warranty.  Only an authorized Right Choice Refreshments repair technician can make repairs, adjustments, and do reconditioning.  Any repairs, reconditioning, or adjustments being done by the purchaser or any other person shall void the warranty.  The provisions of this warranty do not apply to any appliance that has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, or not used in accordance to the operating conditions outlined in the instructions.

The warranty will immediately be voided if any of the following occurs:  Trying to carbonate while the water chamber is less than half full of water, attempting to poke anything into the water chamber for any reason, having anyone fill the CO2 cylinders other than Right Choice Refreshments, hooking up anything to the appliance other than the CO2 cylinders filled by Right Choice Refreshments.  The appliance is intended for carbonating cold drinking water only.  Never pour concentrate, flat soda's, juices, or anything other than drinking water into the carbonating chamber!  Right Choice Refreshments assumes no responsibility or liability for injuries or product damage caused by using the appliance in any manner other than that specified in the instructions and this warranty.

There are no expressed or implied warranties other than those described herein.  This is the exclusive remedy and liability for consequential damages or incidental cost incurred by the consumer or any other user.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
