When a new customer first buys a soda machine they are given a packet of instructions and information to help them maximize the enjoyment from their soda machine. What follows is the information contained in that packet.
These pages contain information VERY IMPORTANT to the enjoyment of your soda machine. Please take time to READ IT before using any merchandise or products purchased. After that if you have any concerns or problems call us.
To assure quality we check each machine by carbonating water in it: You may find some water in your machine.
WARNING: NEVER POUR BEVERAGE CONCENTRATES, FLAT SODA’S, JUICES, OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN WATER INTO THE MACHINE!
Pouring something other than water into The Machine can cause unwanted bacteria to grow inside the machine. Beverage concentrates will clog the CO2 inlet and safety valves, which could result in damage. Pouring anything other than water into the carbonating chamber will void the warranty.
REMEMBER! POUR ONLY WATER INTO THE MACHINE!
IMPORTANT: CO2 cylinders can not be put on or taken on an airplane, nor can they be shipped when they have CO2 in them.
WARNING: Never press down on the carbonating button unless there is water in the machine. If your machine does not carbonate the water within a few seconds of holding down the carbonating button, as per the enclosed instructions, call Right Choice Refreshments. Continuing to hold the button down can result in damage to the machine!
ATTENTION CHECK WRITER: We accept checks under these conditions: When you pay by check you expressly authorize our collection agent, if your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, to electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a processing fee of $40.00 (or legal limit) plus any applicable sales tax. The use of a check for payment is your acknowledgement and acceptance of this policy and its terms.
Below is an index of the pages in all our instruction packets. We recommend they all be read but if you already read your packet when you got your machine and are reading this as a refresher you can click on the link taking you to the page that you want.
This page is under construction. If any of the links below do not work it is because that page is not yet completed and we invite you to try again at a later date.
