Coffee So Good…. You Will Think You're Dreaming!!!
Taste the difference truly fresh high quality custom roasted coffee makes.
There are many types of coffee beans just as there are many types of apples and within each type of bean there are varrying grades of quality. Coffee connoisseurs around the world regard Arabica beans to give the best flavor of all types of beans. Arabica beans require special growing conditions and can not be grown everywhere coffee is grown and not everywhere Arabica beans are grown produce the best quality.
The quality of coffee beans is graded by classes. Class 1 is the highest grade providing the best taste; in fact less than 10% of the coffee grown in the world is superior enough to earn the Class 1 grade. These very finest of coffee beans only grow in a few areas, where the growing conditions for coffee could be considered as being nothing less than prime. We search out and select only Class 1 Arabica beans, more expensive but worth the price.
Knowing that peoples taste vary, we then show our customer how the roasting process brings out different flavor characteristics in the very same bean. When the customer knows what flavor characteristics they prefer they can then enjoy the perfect cup of coffee that is custom roasted for them one pound at a time.
After knowing what the customers taste preference is we then roast the beans to the peak of perfection. We roast our coffee in small batches to control the consistency that gives that same good taste cup after cup. Your coffee will be custom roasted merely a few days before you get it, giving you not only an extra good and fresh taste but also a truly great taste! A taste perfected just for you!

Blends Available
- Rainforest Cafe' Blend -- A cosmopolitan blend that makes a fantastic brewed cup of coffee that is smooth to taste but has a solid and sweet coffee flavor. Elegant.
- Rainforest Fog Blend -- This selection is a full-bodied, complex coffee that caresses the palate with its completeness - moderate acidity, broad flavor range and good body. Its multi-layered flavors provide intrigue, with bottom notes that are sharp and smokey/spicy. This blend is perfect for Northwest American tastes and is designed to penetrate heavy amounts of milk used in espresso drinks.
- Pure Columbian -- There are no better words to describe this origin than bold and robust. This is the coffee to enjoy if you want to clear the morning cobwebs from your head. Not suggested for a late day coffee as it lacks the smooth mellow flavor often enjoyed later in the day.
- Papua New Guinea Origin -- Full bodied, smooth, and with mild sweet flavor lacking sharpness or bite.
- Indonesia Sumatra Origin -- A deep, syrupy body with clean full flavor. Authoritative enough to carry its seductive message through large quantities of frothed milk in espresso drinks.
