How do I maintain the carbonation of the machine?
To maintain the maximum level of carbonation with your machine, your machine will need to be back flushed at least two times a year. You can back flush your machine as a routine and regularly scheduled maintenance item or you can wait and do it when it becomes obvious by the fact that your machine is no longer carbonating as well as it once did.

How do I clean the Soft Drink Machine?
Never put any part of your machine in the dishwasher! The tray and baseof the machine may be washed up in the sink with soap and water. Soft scrupb works well for removing hard to clean marks off the base of the machine. The top of the machine should not be washed using soap. Sinply run warm water over it while cleaning it with a brush or dish cloth. Be careful tonever put anything down into the water chamber. The flapper seal inside the top of the water chamber is easily broken if pushed on.
