  • Installing the CO2 Cylinder

Press the white lever located behind the water outlet nozzle and lift off the top of the machine.

Screw the cylinder into the machine by turning clockwise. Once it gets started threading on, it

should spin on easily.  Screw the cylinder in place until it is hand tight (snug).  Do not tighten it

very tight, just snug.   Put your machine back together.

Changing the CO2 bottle when it gets empty

Behind where the water comes out of the machine is a latch.  Press the latch in with one hand while gripping the top of the machine with the other.  Pull the top of the machine apart from its base.  If this seems difficult you can push up on the bottom     of the CO2 bottle from under the machine while pressing the latch in.  Un-screw the CO2 bottle by turning it counter     clockwise.  Once the bottle is off, make sure the black rubber washer that is in where the bottle screws into the machine stayed   in there and did not come out with the bottle.  If it did, put the washer back in by pushing it in with a finger. Screw the full cylinder in place until it is hand tight (snug).  Do not tighten it very tight, just snug.  Threading the cylinder on too tightly will cause the rubber washer to ware out and get stuck to your bottle when you remove it.  Put your machine back together.

Remove the drip tray from the top of the machine

The drip tray, which fits into the hole at the bottom of your machine under where the water comes out, is stored in the top of   your machine.  There is also a round plastic or cardboard item that keeps the top carbonating button from getting pushed down thus leaking out the CO2 while the machine is in transit.  Whenever you take the machine out of your house put the drip tray  back into the top for storage.  Keep the cardboard or plastic item to put between your drip tray (it fits in the groves of the tray)  and the carbonating lid while in transit.

    Installing the Pumps

At the bottom end of the pump is an extender.  Your pumps are made to fit most of our containers.  Without the extender, the pump does not reach all the way to the bottom of the container.  The extender may need to be cut to the proper length.  Cut at       a slight angle so as not to create suction from the bottle.  Each full pump of concentrate measures 1 ounce.

    Making the Carbonated Drinks

Soda Pop:  Use 1 pump of concentrate for half size drink or 2 pumps for a full 12-ounce drink.

Flavored Soda Pop:  Add 4 - 8 drops of essence to the soda pop after the soda is made.

Sparkling Juices:  Use 1 pump of concentrate for a full size drink.  Then adjust to taste.  You can use as little as 1/4 pump,        for a really sweet drink you may wish to use as much as 2 pumps.

Naturally Flavored Sodas:  Use 1 pump of concentrate for a full size drink.  Then adjust to taste.  You can use as little as 1/4 pump or as much as 2 pumps.

Italian Sodas:  Use ¾ to 1 ½ pumps for a full size drink. Light flavors are diet.

Combination Drinks:  Combine flavors to blend 2 flavors together or add just enough of a flavor to slightly flavor the drink       of your choice (ex. Vanilla Coke, Lime Coke, Chocolate Coke, Strawberry 7 Up, and Raspberry Lemonade).

Tea: Use 1 1/2 pumps of concentrate for a full size drink.  Then adjust to taste.

Flavored Sparkling Water:  Add 4 - 8 drops of essence to the carbonated water.

Plain Sparkling Water:  Just carbonate the water and enjoy.

    Non-Carbonated Drinks (Hot and Cold)

    Non-Carbonated Cold Drinks

Many of our concentrates and flavors can be enjoyed by just adding the flavor to cold water.

    Non-Carbonated Hot Drinks

Ideas:  Hot apple cider (mix apple with water, add a cinnamon stick, and heat), hot tea, and Hot lemon  water.
