Maintenance on your soda machine

Back flushing is the only maintenance item that needs to be
done by the customer to their soda machines. It takes only
a few minutes and should be done once every 6 months.
Customers who subscribe to our newsletter get a reminder
every 6 months that it is time to be done. This is that
reminder. For instructions on how to back flush your

on the link for "Back Flush Instruction."

Soon we will be launching a new flavor every week for a
couple of months. Every week we will send out a short
e-mail describing the flavor and offering you a discount if
you order it. To get the discount you will need to order
it before the expiration date but you will not have to take
delivery of it until you are ready for your next regular
order. Order it to get the discount, then when you are
ready for your regular order place that order and it will
be added to your discounted order and set up for delivery.

Please be patient with us in working out the bugs in
processing your discount orders during the next few months.
Unfortunatly the computer does not automatically combine 2
or more orders for a customer. We must manually combine
your orders. We are looking to find a way, within the
constraints of our website, to automate the process a bit.

When we set up your delivery and e-mail you with the total
due for your order we may not know you have also placed a
previous order and the amount we give you may be for the
order just placed and not also the discount order. Then
when we get the orders ready for delivery we would find all
the orders in the system, combine them, and just charge
your credit card once for all the orders combined. If you
pay by check then you may want to make sure we know you
have more than one order in the system when placing your
regular order for the delivery so we can give you the
correct amount to write your check for. We just ask for
your patients in introducing all these new flavors.

We will be exhibiting at The Oregon State Fair in Salem
Oregon from August 26 to September 5. Stop by and see us.
Better yet, tell your friends to stop by and see us. Maybe
they will end up joining our family of customers.

The Oregon State Fair is the only fair we will be
exhibiting at this year. For those of you who are use to
seeing us at other events I am sorry we will miss seeing
you this year. The other major fair that we exhibit at
each year is The Puyallup Fair. They did not have a space
for us where we could use a michraphone and the last time
that happened it was too difficult to talk loud enough for
17 days in a row, 14 hours a day without making myself
extreemly ill. I simply will not pay $15,000 (what it cost
us to do that fair) for the privilage of getting very ill
and as a result loosing business because I am unable to be
at peak performance everyday in the booth.
